  • Order Placement: Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
  • Payment Methods:
    • For Pakistan: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash are accepted.
    • For International Orders: Payments can be made via PayPal, Bank Cards, Bank Transfer, or Wire Transfer.
  • Order Flexibility: Once an order is placed, it may be canceled, returned, or refunded in accordance with our established policies. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):
    • Charges: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2000; orders below Rs. 2000 incur a fee of Rs. 250.
    • Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours, with a maximum of 3 days.
    • Courier: We use TCS Couriers for reliable domestic shipping.
  • International Shipping:
    • Charges: A flat fee of Rs. 12,000 applies to all international orders.
    • Timeframe: Delivered within 5–7 days, with a maximum of 10 days.
    • Courier: We partner with UPS (and Pakistan Post where available) for international shipments.
  • Tracking: Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email to monitor your order’s progress.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Al-Saudia Tibbi Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.
